Find a lawyer

For attorneys.

Kindred is open to any firm. People who use it choose to send their file to up to three attorneys licensed in their state.

What you receive

Each request includes the person’s contact details and the result of a short claim check. If they chose to share them, you also see the incident details, photos with dates, a recovery journal, and a total of costs and missed work. Each request shows what the person agreed to share and when.

How people reach you

  • They choose the injury type and state, then answer plain questions.
  • They review the file and confirm it, so the request is one they chose to send.
  • Requests go only to attorneys licensed in the person’s state.
  • You respond from your inbox and mark each request as contacted, accepted, or declined.

What we ask of attorneys

  • Contact the person promptly, within the reply time shown to them.
  • Follow your state’s rules on advertising and referrals.
  • Do not use a person’s file for anything other than responding to their request.

Listing terms

[Describe how attorneys are listed, whether listings are paid, any referral or fee arrangement, and the disclosures required in each state. Have counsel write this section.]

Kindred is not a law firm. Whether and how an arrangement like this is permitted depends on each state’s rules for lawyer referral services and advertising.
